We offer a 30 day return on all our “standard” chairs (“standard” chairs are described on the Shop page of our website) that is free for our UK customers. We are not able to offer returns on our bespoke chairs.
If you are not 100% happy with your “standard” RockBack, then please follow the following steps.
- Contact us (or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days of receiving your RockBack quoting your sales order number and when you intend to return your parcel
- For our UK Customers, please pack your chair in the original box as securely as possible and attach the DPD return label included within your welcome pack. Drop you parcel off at the nearest DPD Pickup shop as shown on the DPD return sheet (or find your nearest DPD Pickup shop here)
- For customers outside of the UK, please pack your chair in the original box as securely as possible and send back to RockBack, Forest House, 2 Bears Rails Park, Crimp Hill, Old Windsor Berkshire SL4 2HN, UK using a carrier of your choice. Alternatively, please give us a ring on +447794967445 and we will be happy to advise on returning your chair (return costs to be covered by customers)
- Provided that the chair is received in a fully resalable condition, then we will issue a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the chair back.
